At Risello India, we want you to feel confident trying the Risello Wake Up Alarm Band. That is why we offer a 30-night risk-free trial.

If you try Risello and it does not help you wake up more reliably, you can return it to us and receive a full refund.

30-Night Risk-Free Trial

You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to try Risello.

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions with you.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. The return request must be made within 30 nights from the date of delivery.
  2. The product must be shipped back to us.
  3. The product should not be physically damaged, broken, tampered with, or misused.
  4. All original product components, accessories, and packaging should be returned wherever possible.
  5. The product must have been purchased directly from our official Risello India website.

We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the product is returned in a damaged, misused, or incomplete condition.

Return Shipping

If Risello does not help you wake up more reliably during the 30-night trial, you will need to ship the product back to us at the return address provided by our support team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund if the return meets our policy requirements.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account within 4 to 7 working days.

Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your order has already been shipped before your cancellation request is received, the order cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery as per our 30-night risk-free trial policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos or videos of the product
  3. Clear photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will help you with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Return request is made after the 30-night trial period.
  2. Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage.
  3. Product is returned without approval from our support team.
  4. Product was not purchased from our official website.
  5. Product is missing major parts, accessories, or is returned in an unusable condition.
