Risello is a wake-up aid and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, sleep disorder, hearing condition, neurological condition, or health issue. If you have persistent sleep problems, excessive daytime sleepiness, loud snoring, breathing issues during sleep, or any medical concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

Risello reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion. Your order is considered accepted only after we confirm it and process it for fulfillment.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. You are responsible for ensuring that your name, address, contact number, product selection, quantity, and payment details are accurate.

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund & Return Policy, including our 30-night risk-free trial.

You agree that your purchase is for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, or export.

Section 4: Prices, Payments, and Billing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, offers, bundles, shipping charges, taxes, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

We may offer promotional discounts, limited-time offers, bundle pricing, prepaid discounts, or other sales offers from time to time. Such offers may be subject to separate terms and may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at our discretion.

If you use prepaid payment methods, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or any other payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

If Cash on Delivery is offered, you agree to accept and pay for the order at the time of delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may affect your ability to place future Cash on Delivery orders with us.

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timelines shown on our website or communicated to you after purchase. However, all delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, government restrictions, operational disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including house number, street, landmark, city, state, PIN code, and working phone number.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Risk of loss may pass to you once the product has been delivered to the address provided by you or marked as delivered by the courier partner.

Section 6: Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Risello offers a 30-night risk-free trial.

If you try the product and it does not help you wake up more reliably, you may request a return within 30 nights from the date of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at the return address provided by our support team.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed if the return meets our policy requirements. Approved refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 4 to 7 working days.

Order cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped or processed, cancellation may not be possible.
