Order Processing

Once your order is placed successfully, our team begins processing it for shipment.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation. During high demand periods, festivals, sales, courier delays, or operational disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

We usually deliver orders within 3 to 7 working days from our warehouse, depending on your delivery location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  1. Your city, state, and PIN code
  2. Courier partner availability
  3. Public holidays or weekends
  4. Weather conditions
  5. Local delivery restrictions
  6. Customer availability at the delivery address
  7. Unexpected logistics delays

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across serviceable locations in India.

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel and refund the order where delivery is not possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping, prepaid discounts, promotional shipping offers, or bundle-based shipping benefits. These offers may change without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery is available for your order, you agree to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused, repeatedly missed, or not accepted without a valid reason, we may limit or cancel future Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer, phone number, or address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication method.

You can use the tracking details to check the shipment status with the courier partner.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, PIN code, and landmark are accurate before placing the order.

Risello India is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy and local service availability.

If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, refuses the order, or fails to collect the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Photos or videos of the product
  3. Photos of the packaging
  4. A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will help you with a replacement or suitable resolution as per our policy.

Delays Outside Our Control

Risello India is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, weather issues, festivals, incorrect customer details, or events outside our reasonable control.

However, our support team will do its best to help you track and resolve delivery issues.
